| Admissions Leader | | Born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri, Kerrie has lived in Springfield since 1998. She has been in the beauty industry for over 6 years, with great experience working with salons through a distributorship as a customer service manager. Kerrie spends her free time enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Troy, and her dog and two cats! | Schrene Davis
| Director/Owner | | A graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing from Missouri State University, Schrene has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. She has operated at a high level in all aspects of the industry, working “behind the chair” in a salon, managing a retail facility for Aveda, and serving as a sales representative for Salon Service Group of Springfield, Missouri. She was a leading Paul Mitchell sales representative in our region, where she built relationships with many of the salons in Southwest Missouri. Schrene also spent 5 years working with state mentoring programs, helping disadvantaged youth to hone their skills and find a productive place in today’s workforce. Schrene has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1989. | Clint Davis
| Owner | | A 1991 Evangel University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Graphic Design, Clint has worked in media promotions and marketing for over 15 years. Clint's 9 years of experience as a promotions coordinator for the Assemblies of God National Headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, and 14 years of experience as a graphic designer has allowed him to master the arts of management, promotion, and community outreach. In addition to his work with us, Clint is currently a co-owner of Boundless Creative, based in Springfield, Missouri. | William Edwards

| Director/Owner | | A graduate of Missouri State with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry, Stephanie has been working in the beauty industry for over 12 years. Drawing on her experience as a nail tech, her work with Aveda at their Springfield retail location, and years of experience in the retail service industry, Stephanie brings her excellent management and administrative skills to the School, which are vital to the day-to-day operations of our facility. With an outstanding academic record of excellence in chemistry and anatomy, Stephanie is poised to provide our Future Professionals with the highest degree of education. Stephanie is heavily involved in community activities and is highly motivated to encourage young people to succeed. Stephanie has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1992. | Greg Kellogg
| Owner | | With a degree in Secondary Education from Missouri State University and a postgraduate degree in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University, Greg has excelled in all of his professional endeavors. As a past teacher and coach, Greg understands how important it is to instill excellence, motivation, and determination in young people. In addition, Greg successfully managed an outpatient physical therapy clinic for 3 years. Greg currently works for Synthes, a leading global medical device company that develops, produces, and markets instruments, implants, and biomaterials for the surgical fixation, correction, and regeneration of the human skeleton and its soft tissues. Greg deals every day with medical staff, including surgical consultations with doctors using his products. | Dana Peterson
